OKAY time to nerd out on some Headphones but FIRST

Let me ask you are you looking for closed back headphones or open back headphones also what sort of sound signature are you looking for?
Are you looking for a studio editing neutral sound that most ATH M#0x are like excluding minor differences, but still leave an amazing sound stage where you can be immersed in the sound.

• I'd recommend the m50x or m40x for closed back depending whether you like highs(m50x) or lows (m40x) both have similar mids. The m50x are 150 so they're a bit over your budget and the m40x can be found for 100 or around 70 if you find a good deal.
  
• For Open for sure the Philips SHP9500 at ~70 very neutral sound so nothing really overpowers anything else but the sound stage is beautiful. Let me not talk about the comfort of these things out of the box as most headphones in the budget area may require pad changes for them to be really good.

Are you looking for a fun sound where you don't care about clarity in footsteps and other things but the bass is just tons of joy in game and to listen to for music and maybe entertainment like movies?

• For Closed I'd recommend the Status CB-1s at 80~ USD they're amazing budget headphones, very fun sound and insanely comfortable. Excluding very minor build quality stuff this one is a personal favorite of mine and the one I use for movies and such.

Yes technically speaking native is better, which for the most part is the lowest default one available for older mice, but with the current tech in sensors (PMW 3366, 3360 3689, 3988/9, Sensor Mercury, even 3310) the issue pretty much does not exist. Smoothing being the biggest of issues with older sensors as it generates processing latency (currently very few ms for most sensors under 2000dpi) and can also alter expected results due to the increased sensitivity of the sensor itself to a "pixel." It is explained in the video explained from 1:30 to about 4:15 but if you don't want to watch that here's a quote from Senior Engineer at Logitech Francois Morier, "...and then at a point you reach a level where your pixel has not enough information to give reliable tracking and then that's the reason why rising the DPI is against the logic of performance."

There is also the fact depending on the sensor/sensor implementation of each mouse. From what I know the PMW3360 anything above 2100 have 32 (6.4ms) frames of smoothing while everything below only has 2 frames (0.4ms) of smoothing. For the 3366 (exclusively from Logitech and is considered the top sensor) has 2 frames of smoothing for all DPIs (not sure to believe this just going off a trusted reddit post) I would go ON AND ON about this shit just because I'm a huge mouse nerd but heres the reddit post

Supposedly less friction and less weight from mouse feet make it glide better, but RocketJumpNinja did a test on it (be it not the best test) and believes it to be placebo.
