I believe it won't, seeing as it was an update to the weapon and not a weapon that was added. The quickfix wasn't banned right away when the change that made people can jump with it. So seeing as that went through I believe it won't be banned.
On another note, I like it, seeing as medic's sometimes take time to reload their crossbow (usually not a big deal), but you can get more heals out and have more opportunities to get clutch heals. I likey
