Kind of lazy, but can't really blame them if they don't know anything about TF2 or 6s.To be fair to multiplay, it looks like they did that for each game (the only image I can't find quickly in a search is league's), so I don't think it's any particular ignorance about tf2.
It would be nice to have an online resource or ZIP file of more appropriate, competitively-oriented promo images that could be sent to website staff when they are advertising a comp TF2 event. Or maybe something like that already exists? Haven't really looked.
Getting some good resources for things like this sounds like a great idea though. The talent in this community is too good for generic beta screenshots to be used :/
someone should make a post on /r/tf2 or something getting a small community drive for competitive or "serious" looking thumbnails and promo images going. A lot of SFM wizards are over there but don't come here.

sheepy_dogs_handI never said it's all a joke. Some of my posts were jokes and just me wanting to get people to argue with me but a lot them were really my opinion and I stand by what I said. However I am trying to change my racist and bigoted views and hopefully become a better person. Also saam I said i'm not trying to make the mental illnesses as an excuse as I am an attention seeker and my views were strongly influenced by my upbringing and im trying to change them for the better. I just think you need to realize there is more to people than what they type on forums.

I don't see why he would have to "justify" not feeling comfortable around trans people. I'm pretty sure that a large part of the population would feel uncomfortable around trans people since it's not exactly normal. I personally don't mind and traps are nice but no one should have to justify feeling uncomfortable around trans people. if they actually insult the trans person then that's different but I can understand why someone wouldn't feel comfortable being around a transvestite.
1. This game has an insanely close community of like 300 people most of the time. If you want your big defining trait to be "that guy who posts racist shit on tf.tv" no one will stop you, but i don't see why you'd close those doors when its clear you're not winning any popularity here.
2. Either he's trying to get trans people banned because they're a hazard or he's trying to get them banned because he doesn't like them. The first has been proven to be stupid, and the second is literally just banning things because you don't like them.
