A basic test e cycle is only a couple hundred dollars including blood tests and needles and PCT. More expensive compounds would cost more but $1100 is a serious cycle and yr guy was doing some heavy shit.

Gonadal atrophy takes several weeks to begin and depends on test levels being spiked so long that spermatogenesis stops. With basic PCT and a light cycle containing routine blood work (or jizzing in a petri dish) youd be able to tell if sides are getting bad.

Acne is mostly a result of genetic factors but AIs can help. In general its a mild side for most guys

Heart and CV effects are mostly from tren. Longterm blasts can cause cardio hypertrophy but youd need to blast for years at nutty rates.

Finasteride is easy to get and stops test from aromatizing to DHT and stops balding in most guys. It can potentially cause dick probs if you fuck the dosage tho

Aromatase inhibtors and estrogen blpckers are sold with most cycles now and its why anyone who isnt a dipshit gets monthly blood tests. Its not hard to control estrogen, just requires observation. Even if gyno develops you can reverse it by upping AIs and dropping estrogen levels as long as you dont wait too long
