unusual effects

HrblsjeebsauI quickly made a no unusual effects mod. It works on local servers with itemtest but I haven't gotten to test it on casual servers so it might not work there. Someone smarter than me can take it from here.

with the recent unusual update i was wondering if there might be some sort of mod that removes unusual effects
headsfeet doesn't seem to remove every single one, is it maybe tied to the specific hat itself?
not sure how it would work, but it would be cool to have a mod that removes the effects
