how do you remove that annoying pop up when you disguise / undisguise as spy?

hey there. so my tf2 (and only tf2) is always getting fps spikes. one second i get 100, now it drops to 4 then returns back to normal, then it does it again after a few seconds. i am using woolen's maxframes config and it happens on every map i play on.

edit: specs are intel i3-9130u 2.20 hhz 4gb ram intel uhd 620

hello so ive installed a config that removes the thing (hp and name) that appears when you look at a team mate or an enemy as a spy but i cant seem to figure out what command does this.

so a couple months ago, ive been having this problem with my hud.
it really bothers me since i cant edit my hud's playermodel so i wont get custom
playermodels.

hi there so my wifi has been really bad lately, (20kb/s instead of 600kb/s) and i decided to play some offline tf2. the problem is, theres this bug where you cant move, your weapons fire a lot when you shoot, and happens every time i play on a map client side. here is some footage: (sorry for bad quality) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iy82KnLJHqY
