After about 5 minutes of playing with this guy on viaduct we were about 99% sure he was cheating. He had the game sense of a bowling ball. Held W the whole game and hit every shot. Luckily we had accuracy stats enabled and after the lobby knew with 99.999% certainty that he was cheating.

He averaged 96% accuracy on his scattergun, and 70% on his sniper. I have literally never seen any hacker with such high accuracy on their scattergun!

snd_restart in console should fix this. Very strange though as I've only seen it happen on bball.

My main suggestion would be block lmaobox premium and/or implement an overwatch type feature for TF2, especially when matchmaking comes out.

I get a weird jittering whenever I record a demo. But it only lasts 2-3 seconds. Maybe you should record a video of whats going on so we can see exactly what you mean. Maybe even use a smart phone to record your screen so there are no additional factors that could be lagging you.

Also is it really just TF2 Center, or is it any server running a comp config?

The real question is... why the hell are you not on that list?!

He was the spy on our team. 73 headshots in this lobby only 5 backstabs. He landed almost every first shot he fired. Headshot multiple players that were moving randomly across the map. I reviewed the STV for 5 minute sor so and it was obvious this guy is using silent aim on his amby.

Yes, valve will need to fix that with matchmaking coming out... Heck even if they just handed out a few manual bans it might start scaring people away from cheating. That maxbox guy has a golden frying pan and a bunch of other shit, and he cheats with his golden pan and has all kinds of web links and promotion on his steam profile for the hack. Shows what a joke valve is just ignoring him like that.

Yes, I know of multiple accounts VAC banned for tf2. But those are because they used freebie hacks. Free hacks = banned in a couple weeks usually.

Also after that first night when he hacked and got banned from twitch, I added him on steam for the hell of it. He said he wanted to "explain what happened" so called me on steam and I recorded it for the lulz.

Also I asked him about his VAC he said:

"was on a hax spree last night... probs insurgency."

Tried "it"? I assume you mean you tried your laptop with your brothers charger, and your laptop still didn't charge?

And his laptop didn't charge with your charger?

If so, that is very strange and seems to indicate that you have both a bad charge (aka power supply) and possibly a bad battery or some other component on your motherboard is bad.

How old is the laptop? What kind? Still under warranty or no?

This community is awesome. We had probably 50 people report him while streaming. Obviously that got twitches attention. There was a twitch staff member watching for 15-20 min and then when he got back on he was banned after 5 minutes.

I guess now we wait and see if valve will be giving him a manual VACation

It seems you have learned how these hacks work quite well, and how to write your own hacks. Why not do the community a favor and write a server plugin that detects this...
