Caused by java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom
I'm not sure if the issue you described is related to that error message. That error is showing up because there is no "custom" folder inside your tf directory. Create that folder and retry.

Oh right! I forgot to create custom folder after tf reinstall, everything is working well now
