Yep reinstaling font will help, i changed location of them, now they are all in resource/fonts instead just on resource thats the problem.
going to fix that shadow as soon as i will be back home

Caused by java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: c:\program files (x86)\steam\SteamApps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom
I'm not sure if the issue you described is related to that error message. That error is showing up because there is no "custom" folder inside your tf directory. Create that folder and retry.
