Twitch is pretty susceptible on events like GTA V Realease, LoL World Championships, The International 3 etc. So imho twitch wont ever be a good source of information how the game is doing over time.
And SC2 the community , sponsors behind it, amount of pro players, it will be really hard for that game to just simply die

1. Yes, his position is defined in MainMenuOverride.res
2. Just copy and paste Scoreboad.res and SpectatorTournament.res from box too any other version,

Yep reinstaling font will help, i changed location of them, now they are all in resource/fonts instead just on resource thats the problem.
going to fix that shadow as soon as i will be back home
