Only info I was able to find regarding input lag, but it's asus as far as i have heard they're not known for having input lag on their monitors. Here's the quote: "NVIDIA G-Sync synchronizes the refresh rate of the monitor with your powerful GPU to eliminate screen tearing and minimize display stutter and input lag." (found in the description of the monitor).

If the product comes with a DisplayPort cable, you be able to use that to get 144hz running, no extra purchase necessary.

This might not be the best monitor for what you're looking for, but it's definitely solid. If anyone has experience with this monitor in particular that might be helpful, but I am not that person.
