I'm on Bell Fibe in Ottawa (its garbage) and get really hit or miss routing to Dallas. All Chi servers I've played on seem to be fine, but I frequently get huge spikes on Dallas servers. On rare cases I also can't connect to Dallas at all, but I don't get my game freezing, I just get failed after 4 retries.
So probably just the ISP.

Only 'first person' movie I've really enjoyed was Enter the Void and that had no action. I think action and first-person just don't go together well in movies for a lot of people. While it doesn't personally give me headaches, I know cloverfield sucked for a lot of people. On top of that, the movie is more or less restricting itself to one perspective which only works when the movie is specifically about the character whose perspective it's from.

SAAM_Is there any reason to be the first team to cap? I feel like you'd want to hunt down as many of the other team as possible first, then cap to regen whoever you lost in the process.
I feel like after the first fight, it's beneficial for both teams to cap. The team with less players wants to cap to have a chance to win. The team with more players wants to have 5 up to ensure they finish killing the other team and winning the round.

WithADanceNumberI actually dread these updates. I know they're really exciting and cool, but I just don't want to deal with pubs being even worse, and having to fix my HUD. I'd love for tf2 to go in a more serious direction at least once, but HATS = $$$.
I actually just tried this update out for once, and I can't see how pubbers could even find this fun.

Lets say it finishes at 47%, now he has to run another vote anyways since 47% of people's voted won't be represented in picking a new map.
I think it would be better if you didn't have granary in this vote. Rather, you should vote only on new maps, and then have a final vote between granary and the winning map. (Although at this point keeping granary has a ton of votes so it likely wouldn't matter).
Also have you considered making news posts if possible for these? I didn't even realize this thread existed until now.
Never had the chance to play with him, but he is super enthusiastic and a positive person.
