I guess this is a legitimate complaint. A lot of planning and thought went into this. When I was making the tournament and reaching out to teams about 2 weeks ago I talked to 3 or 4 high-IM teams who said they were interested in playing. Also this was before sandblast cut 2/3rds of his roster

meaning that him, fishes, and skull were all capable of losing games to IM teams. With 3/5 invite teams capable of losing to top-IM teams it didn't feel right to push them through groups, and it didn't feel right to give Froyo and EVL byes when they were in the same division as teams not receiving them.

Then none of the IM teams who said they were interested showed up and sandblast's roster got much stronger. With how signups ended up being I should have had all non invite teams compete for the last 3 spots, but I didn't have all the info on signups until 2 days ago really (and the final signup was like 4 hours before the cup started), and I was so busy planning other parts of the tourney that I didn't think to make big changes to the format.

I'm not sure how to plan for teams forgetting to show up and cutting so many players mid tournament that their team dies.

If you have suggestions for those situations I'm all ears.

I offered this fucking loser $100 if he could provide any proof of me stalking or harassing ANYONE and he disappeared VERY quickly. Glad to see it hasn't stopped saying it.
