Increasing scout aim

I know that one of my bad habits is messing up my shots when I'm right behind a medic and he doesnt know I'm there because I have this subconscious thing in my brain that tells me that i must be spamming ADADADADAD at all times no matter what. I think that habit comes from playing a ton of DM where there is always somebody shooting at you. Basically, make sure that you just focus on aiming when you know that nobody is looking at you so you don't miss the easy shots.

What type of things make a map imbalanced?

Class balance is important too. If the entire map is a hallway then the scouts are not gonna have a good time. If the map is too open with a shitload of props for scouts to jump around on then the soldiers are going to have to spend the whole game going for frag movie level directs on double jumpin' white guys.

If they're beating IM teams in scrims then whats the problem with them wanting to be in IM? Do you guys think that they're lying or something? Besides, there isn't even really a difference between high open and low IM for what i've seen anyway so whats the big deal.
If you were beating IM teams in scrims would you be telling people that you're mid open?
