I believe its HudStatusHealthImage and HudStatusHealthImageBackground, located in resource/ui/hudplayerhealth.res, if not there copy paste them from default tf2 hud files, u can adjust size with "width" and "height", recommended 1:1 ratio, and location using x y.
You can find default hud files on hypnotize's updated HUDs megalist, in the future its better and more efficient to ask these questions in this thread

I agree completely but the first 2 aren't getting nearly as much love as the good the bad and the ugly so I put it there in case someone who read my comment only watched the good the bad and the ugly, from rumors its the best western ever
