I think a lot of people also missed these amazing changes:
Damage variance on grenades and stickybombs reduced from +/-10% damage to +/-2%.
Grenades and Stickies now have the same base blast radius as rockets. Changed from 159Hu to 146Hu.

bullet has been a known hacker since 2010 lol
he once posted a screenshot with his hack settings overlaying the game
those players aren't "bad" they're all about mid open to low IM (Dane photon bowswer5 sandrider)
although knowing how much of a shitlord bullet is I'm skeptical it was even them
there have been hackers in mog's before and they've been taken down
the fact that this was sent in under a shitty alias should send alarm bells to everyone

I can scout / soldier up to like mid IM and demo and med at like high open
