pick/keep weapon ban system (3 bans, 3 keeps for each team; keeps and bans apply for both teams)
UGC class limits with a 1 class limit on scout (1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2)
sigafoo changed the class limits to 1 class limit universal and it's now a 7's tournament instead of a 6's for some fucking reason i dont know
