Unfortunately, it's unlikely they'll convert the bitmap to an SVG for you. I don't know of any vector artists in the TF2 community either, so you'd likely need to make one yourself or find someone.

talked to enigma and he said that he never had the original svg of the logo

given that he commissioned the logo five years ago i doubt the svg exists anywhere anymore unfortunately

this is the highest res logo icon we have internally; hopefully it can be of some help

afaik it's run by ffc (ffc#5612) now

they were dealing with some backend issues and it caused an issue with their mediawiki installation and here we are now
