sorry for necro but has anybody had an issue where the overlay is enabled but its completely invisible? pressing the shortcut opens it up but i cant see anything at all

ParagraphHey, do you know if you could make a check mark to say "Hide Reload Animations"? That way, if it's checked, you don't see reload animations, but if you don't, you'll see reload animations even if the weapon is hidden.
the only reason i use viewmodels on some weapons is to see reloads so this would be amazing

beastiemastercomsOkay so after working through it for a couple of hours, no matter what I set on modules.cfg or on client-modules.cfg all the settings seem to be ruled by the cvar "preset_xxxx" that is at the top of the client-modules.cfg file. Another thing I noticed is that everytime I launch the game my dxversion is reset to 9.0 (I do not have any -dxlevel command line on my launch options) and this also happens anytime I change settings through the in-game menu (as if you were using mat_dxlevel to change your dxversion).beastieThe graphical settings I set on the app don't actually save. Is there a way to create a .cfg or something to be loaded like the modules.cfg from the previous version?Did you click apply? Also make sure you don't have any old mastercomfig VPKs in your custom folder.
And all the old files are compatible. modules.cfg and custom.cfg will override the app's settings.

EDIT: going back to version 6.8.0b5 with the same module.cfg works fine. I honestly think it has to do with the resetting of dxlevel on the new version.
mastercomschange the aliases in client-modules to have the category only have one letter
so replace networking with n
replace graphics with g
replace HUD with H
replace sound with s

so i upped my sens from 2 to 2.5 but i want to lower my zoom_sensitivity_ratio so that zoomed sens is the same as it was with 2 sensitivity. i originally used the default zoom sens (1). probably simple math but i don't trust myself to not fuck it up. can u smarties help me out? thanks !

hi just wondering if its possible to have two default crosshairs at once?
i'd like a black circle with a slightly smaller white circle on top. I tried doing it with ahud's custom crosshairs but it didnt scale well and wasn't centered properly.
