This and also I think it was said earlier, but the reason that a lot of the other 'fixing badlands' projects have failed is because the mapper has taken too much creative license and added/removed useless shit and done more than the bare minimum that people wanted. I'm all for fixing the stupid clipping and properly mirroring stuff but looking through some of your changes a lot of the stuff seems kind of unnecessary (i.e., the tire to jump to spire: afaik nobody has ever complained about how it's impossible to push out of last because you need to properly basher jump onto spire, don't see any reason to add it)
Also, it appears that you took the liberty of removing some of the hiding spots in house and above resupply by diagonal, as well as the vent on red second that you can hide on. I feel like these sort of spots add another dimension to the game and are nowhere near game breaking (for example, the TLR spot on red second is difficult to get to but if you are good at rocket jumping it can be useful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVkgelgTax0). On spire as well, people are so used to stuff like the crack in the wooden planks and the little clipped area that allows you to basically float in thin air that I don't see any point in removing them, besides it's not like they have a huge impact on the game either. I don't want to have another case of granary_abortion where a mapmaker decides to make a few much needed changes but then goes all out and removes all the hiding spots that make the map interesting...

the audio might be a hardware problem where it doesn't recognize your headphones or something is messed up with your output (depends on if you use motherboard audio out or a soundcard our a dac)
the video thing is bizarre idk why that would happen, presuming you can still play tf2 fine that would suggest the gpu is fine but maybe the hard drive is failing?
the thing is that the videos aren't playing correctly from yt and when you download them (as with audio) which is odd

Uploading the vods isn't really in the same category as the rest of the site changes and afaik nobody just says "nah this game sucked im not gonna upload it" it's just delayed for various reasons.
I disagree completely about streams linking to twitch instead of embedding, with how it is now its easy to go between different tftv streams while still being able to chat if you want, otherwise you'd have to have them all open in different tabs or something to get the same effect.
The idea about notifications for quotes has been discussed in the past but I think it was just too much of a nuisance to implement (would probably rewrite the whole thing as you said), and enigma did make the site but idk how eager he is to make changes like these when the site is still largely functional already.
Having completed events on the upcoming events sidebar allows you to check and see the logs and vod et all in case you missed it live, I feel like much of your points are not very well thought out lol.

GhostVAC is pretty nuts at scout and given the current state of intermediate, he's probably one of the better scouts in the division. He's also mad chill and has a lot of experience (irc pug master race xd), give this man a team.

I've used the blue snowball, yeti and modmic and agree with the people above, the desktop mics (yeti + snowball) sound great but pick up pretty much any background noise so if like me you have a loud mechanical keyboard they are probably not the best choice. The modmic is much better about cancelling out background noise and is pretty clear (hard not to be cause it's right next to your mouth) but it's kind of a pain if you have a bunch of different pairs of headphones (one of mine ended up breaking, and I ended up losing the adhesive magnetic bits lol) and obviously don't work with earbuds. I use a yeti with a mic arm which is pretty nice because it's got settings to not be completely omnidirectional (picks up everything) and it doesn't pick up my keyboard nearly as much and can be closer to my face, but obviously that's way out of your budget. I'd say go for the modmic or if you want to really cheap out the $5 zalman mic is apparently pretty good though ive not personally used it myself.
