Another thing to note is that vimeo (iirc) allows up to 320kbps audio with their videos, though its not nearly as big of a site so less viewers

Pretty sure gpu doesnt limit the game at all, my 4770k with integrated graphics (before I installed nvidia drivers) still got like 100-200fps in a pub, so it shouldn't bottleneck it too much
Yay for more long distance xbow damage but I still die inside every time I hit a scout close range for 23 damage :(
happens to me from updates and sometimes at school or places with udp packets blocked
ive been getting the kmode exception not handled and whea_uncorrectable error a ton lately. will probably reinstall windows and see if it goes away
Have you tried newbie mixes? That'd be a good place to start imo
my laptop takes a full minute to alt tab in/out of the game now
rip
Is this not literally just interpolating from the signals that it doesnt get to make it appear smoother?
Just like the tvs that say they are 120hz+ but just take a 60hz signal (not that tv is even more than 30fps normally) and makes up the new frames
Happened to me when I was building my pc, ended up uninstalling the drivers, restarting and then reinstalling the betas and it worked. If you have a program like msi afterburner you could monitor the gpu usage and temps, it could be overheating.
