When granary pro was in its early stages of development mangachu got people from pugme to do 3 or 4 inhouses on it. So long as the servers aren't just defaulted to a new map without any word beforehand (in which case people would rtv instantly), I can see this being successful.

It'd help If you could specify a specific genre of music that you would like to listen to or if you want extra highs/lows or neutral, etc. Another important question is if you want closed or open back, but +1 on the v6 if you're not sure that you want anything special.

I often adjust my mumble volume in the volume mixer based on the varying annoyance level of the people I'm in a channel with (so in lobbies/shitty pug groups I turn the volume down super low so I don't have to hear retards talking too much). If I'm listening to music during pugs and whatnot I sometimes find it relaxing to completely turn off in-game audio, though it obviously makes it harder to know what's going on.

have you tried capping your fps at a lower value? could be that you're dipping below your cap too frequently and that's what's making it feel laggy

the aesthetics changes from dx8 and lower graphics is a much bigger factor than fps imo
