I mean they were all super good but seagull would consistently make huge plays and was definitely one of the smartest roamers I've ever seen play.

at i58 muma let me cut the line and avoid like 2 hours of waiting and it was cool to meet and chill with free (as well as muma, paddie and phorophor)
he was always a super nice guy to play with in pugs as well, sad to see him go :(

He's mad chill and nice but I have to agree with others and say he can be kind of hard on himself sometimes. I think he has the experience and game knowledge down but could afford to work on mechanics and playing his own game. For a team looking to stick together for multiple seasons and improve, he's definitely a good pickup though, super dedicated player and non-toxic.

im a garbuggalo fan just as much as the next guy but that's definitely debatable
blaze and seagull were on a completely different level tbh (seagull managed to single handedly carry mix^ on roamer)
also the thing about blaze is he plays on like 85 ping and doesn't get the luxury of 15 ping rockets so the fact that he is so good speaks more to his gamesense/timing whereas with just good dm/low ping you can get by pretty well

gotta agree with daff, mustards actually mad fun to chill with in mumble and hes kinda like marxist in that he always has random stories and shit to talk about in pregame and shit
his map reviews are quite long winded and if your team leader is someone like wrech and spawns tanks/skeletons it will not be good
i think if mustard could just make concise calls and stick to the present situation he would be a lot better and more enjoyable to play with, imo his biggest weakness is that he likes to point out mistakes mid game and uses a lot of words to say sometimes very simple things (good for a caster, not so much for a player)
like there's always time after the game to watch the demo and to talk things out/fix mistakes
just gotta resist the urge to criticize people mid game and dwell in the past, unless everyone you're playing with is extremely thick skinned and willing to 100% go with every word you say it's going to piss people off

case in point season 21, me and air both were fine playing with you (wrech kinda got mad when you pointed out his mistakes) but it got to the point where even i couldnt stand you saying out loud in mumble every single time i got caught out as if i didn't already know myself, and air said he was trying to use the season to work on his anger management skills (lul) but i think it got to him after a while

its unfortunate that there are so many good demos lft out there rn but i think mustard could provide strong leadership for a high im team looking to improve and stick together to play invite (despite all the shit he gets, his calls for the most part are pretty solid)

if you've ever played against blaze with that weapon it's literally the biggest meme ever, on granary he timed his rollout and charge shot that it would hit the combo when they came through choke or light the medic on fire as he came out on catwalk (i remember seeing skeez get lit on fire like 3 mids in a row by it or some shit lmao)
there's also a bunch of other dumb shit you can do with it on other maps like metalworks where you can rollout choke and charge shot lower forcing the combo to either get lit on fire, go out valley side (which results in them most likely losing the mid due to shit positioning) or walk up and come out choke late (which also results in death because choke is aids)
also practically speaking it does make up for the fact that granary_abortion is a shit map and the yard area doesn't have adequate ammo but that's not to say the weapon is broken as fuck and should be banned
same goes for when you say 'then use it', just because anyone can (and probably should at least on certain maps) run it, doesn't mean it's not a stupid fucking unlock lol (also the text you quoted, 'if you don't run it on granary you are at a MASSIVE disadvantage' definitely implies that he realizes how much of a detriment it is not to use it so saying 'just run it' doesn't really do much

you would be surprised how common it is actually, not like medics are dying left and right to this shit but it is quite a common occurance for someone to be chilling in a stalemate and get hit by a charge shot (because the retard cow mongoloid can spam it endlessly without thought until someone walks into it) and then have to get a pack and be out of the fight for at least a few seconds (scrimming froyo on granary i remember sitting in left yard and getting hit with or narrowly doding a charge shot because everybody was looking at the other ppl peeking choke/spamming)
its like playing trainsawlaser and getting killed by the raining train bullshit, like yeah you can see it from a mile away and have a chance to dodge it but that's not to say its not stupid in the first place

I really enjoyed his older casts before he started streaming so much (and before he got drunk and started to use his marketing skills to bait people with raffles and giveaways and shit) because they were a lot more serious. Don't get me wrong, his stuff now is super entertaining and I don't really blame him for it but to me it seems that he's selling out and trying to manipulate the twitch viewers, whereas before he was just doing it for the love of the game.

im not sure exactly how it works but it definitely is possible to get out of the spot, you can jump into it and then jump out and surf on the ramp above big door to negate the fall damage

It's not random like the beggars in the sense that you literally cannot aim where the rockets go and it's determined randomly (albiet pseudo-randomly but let's not get into that), but more in the sense that you can decide right click and spam some spot across the map randomly and if someone walks around a corner into it they get set on fire and take a million damage.
The jarate is random in the same sense you can randomly spam it with no downside and if you get lucky you will pee on people and they take crits and die in one shot. They're both completely brainless and can be super rewarding if you get lucky.
About not being able to kill sentries, this has been debated since it got unbanned but imo it's not really a big downside because if you're playing roamer, you gain the ability to literally spam brainlessly for an unlimited amount of time without having to worry about ammo management, as well as the ability to accidentally set people on fire from across the map at little to no risk to yourself, while sacrificing the ability to spam down sentries. Most of the time, it's a pocket or demoman who kills the sentry anyways so it doesn't end up mattering (you can even charge shot and disable them if you're feeling extra cheeky). I'm sure if you asked blaze or any good roamer who uses it they would say the upsides definitely outweigh the downsides. The only reason most roamers don't use it is because the rockets come out in between the center of the screen (original) and the side (stock) which makes jumping weird, and the explosions are visually distracting and can't be replaced like other rls.

Also to the point of the thread, I filled out the first two and gave up. Definitely not worth my time, this has been discussed a million times and people should know by now what shit is broken (or if they don't they will next time the global whitelist discussion comes around)

like others have said hes p good and chill usually but sometimes he gets really tilted and loses his mind over it, not sure if its an ego thing or what but its kind of toxic/ruins the mumble environment (ive never played with him outside of a pug setting so take this with a grain of salt)

edit: didn't see this in op, but i fail to believe someone can 'enjoy' tilting lol (poor word choice? idk maybe hes a masochist)

i sometimes get triggered when he drops in pugs trying to milk way too hard but other than that hes solid, good mechanics/gamesense as others have said imo better at medic than soldier but also a strong pocket
