i can't logically explain any of my dreams because of how weird they are, but my most memorable one was from when i was 11; i time traveled to the future and met my 23 year-old self, he had a huge mansion with a roller coaster in the living room. buncha other weird dreams followed it that i can't explain. just goes to show the unrealistic expectations i had for myself at the time

Infinity_you could have a virus or something like that. just download https://www.malwarebytes.com/ and run a scan. your cpu could also be slightly overheating. i know that when i first build my computer it was overheating and causing me to have long load times. also if you havent in a while i would recommend restarting your computer. it can make a huge difference in performance.
I ran a scan with ESET and didn't find any malware. I'll try rebooting and I'll see if it works.
update: it takes significantly less time to join a server after rebooting, thank you for your help.

Before all the recent updates, getting into a server took no longer than 15 seconds on average, now it takes upwards of a minute to join a game
I tried verifying the game files and defragging and it barely helped at all
Please help me
