I have an idea for how to make this look way better but I don't actually know if it's even possible or how you'd do it.
Replace class portraits with the class emblems, that way you don't have to have a background.
If dead the emblems are greyed out with spawn timer in the center. If alive the emblems are team coloured and have some animation scaling with health (could be something like the 'filling up' that the health cross does or alpha scaling with health).
Also remove player names.
I think this would look nice and be a lot cleaner in general.

This is incorrect, millennial covers, broadly, births between about 1980 and 2000ish. Or, 1981 to 1996 according to Wikipedia. Only the very oldest millennials approach 40, today.
