degubleghfarecyou have control over volume of ig voice with voice_scale xpyrotechnicis ingame voice viable?
TF2 now defaults to the Opus voice codec, which performs almost identically to Mumble and Discord. But with in game voice, you lose a lot of control over other voices, such as volume. It's viable for pugs and matchmaking, but most people will still prefer Mumble.
I don’t think there any way to customise it for different people though
