1. teams need consistent and proper logos (looking at you EU teams)
2. the plugin that took care of that doesn't work anymore and/or doesn't come with template team jersey files
3. the team jerseys would be assigned per steamid, so doing stuff for regular season with mercs would suck
4. find an artist willing to slave away and make 9 class jerseys for 8+ teams

Not saying it can't be done, but even if you do the low budget ghetto solution with simple texture overrides you are basically screwed when teams decided to swap sides between maps (or even halves)

Casters at LAN probably don't even use STV or ingame spec, they use 'program feed', seeing what the stream will see and commentate on that, and there is a 0s delay on lan STVs too, so the director of the stream can decide to cut to IRL cameras aimed at the stage/player/crowds and not look out of sync.

Online casters can be in STV and zoom around separate from the observer/producer of the stream and look at completely different things, also they will be in STV because of the aforementioned plugin(s) and the 90s delay from the live server.

Are you using map cp_sunshine or changelevel cp_sunshine?

the first one takes the server down and then boots it up on sunshine, the second is the correct way to change maps on servers.

Is this your own server or a rented one? which plugins are installed, can others change map on the same server without issue?
