Depends on how you learn and what you want to accomplish. Personally I find that mge gives me muscle memory for the specific shots that you have to hit in a certain arena, where dm prepares you for general aim more. Dm still only really gives you the muscle memory for the area of the map that you play on.
Overall I feel like I improve my aim in actual games (scrims, mixes, officials etc.) by playing dm over mge, but it really depends on how you learn.
