Can nobody get the resized textures to work? They always turn out black for me.

duck_flat textures doesn't work on some maps like ashville

It works fine for me. Try reinstalling.

I have tried installing this thing 3 times now. The first time none of the textures showed up correctly; they were all black. The second time most of them showed up correctly, however some metal texture showed up as black and some of the grass was black. On the third reinstall the exact same thing as the second time happened, black textures on some metals and on some grass. On the image below you can see the grass on the left fades to black near the bottom of the texture and any of that metal on the bottom of the building is black. Do I just have to keep reinstalling and hoping it fixes itself?

Edit: These textures don't work in casual at all. Supposedly resizing them is supposed to make them work in casual but every time I've tried installing the textures when resized they all appear black.

#6064 HUD editing: short questions, quick answers in Customization

Specifically for Hypnotize HUD, how do I get the Match HUD's (the thing at the top with the people alive and time in a round) time to be like most other huds; centered with the rest of the match hud? I never look off to the left hand side to see what the time is, it's kind of annoying.

I've actually noticed quite a difference. The amount of failstabs have decreased considerably. There's still some failstabs that happen, but nowhere near the amount there has been. Thank you. :)

#1 Problems With Failstabs in Q/A Help

I have a problem with failstabs. At first I thought it was a problem with just beefing my stabs, but I'm realizing it's just the game/server not registering backstabs. I have 60 ping on average, which certainly isn't great, but I seem to have more of a problem than people normally do. Is it something I'm doing, or my settings maybe? These are my network settings:

cl_cmdrate 66.67
cl_updaterate 66.67
cl_interp_ratio 1
cl_interp 0
cl_lagcompensation 1
cl_pred_optimize 2
cl_smooth 0
cl_smoothtime 0.01
rate 100000

I've tried changing my interp to around .033 per a few suggestions but it just makes it worse. I've also had cl_smooth to 1 for a long time, same thing. I'll just backstab someone and the game just doesn't recognize it. Any fixes that I'm just not thinking of or is it just my ping?
