Been using a laptop for all my time in TF2. It's finally dying and I have no clue what I'm doing so I went through logicalincrements and used the Superb section. Mainly want to make sure the list I have now doesn't have any big improvements that can be made. Ordering in a week or so

Budget: 1000-1200 Euros (mech keyboard/144hz monitor not included. i'll figure those out after I finalise the list)
Goal: 200+ fps on TF2. Don't really care about other games' performance. Not planning on doing video editing. Not planning on streaming (or at least not at high enough settings for it to matter)

Heads up for those that use Stylish.
Turns out it's stealing people's browser history and such.
Firefox and chrome have taken action, but it probably won't be uninstalled automatically
If you uninstall it on chrome (right click on top right icon in browser) it redirects you to its own site to guilt you out of it but you can just close that tab since it'll already be uninstalled anyway

the entire point of VTF crosshairs is not having to use commands. You assign the crosshairs, use the command once, then never have to use commands again or have to deal with crosshair switch scripts

If your crosshair_file keeps changing you are still using a crosshair switcher or have cl_crosshair_file somewhere in your cfg when you shouldn't

If your amby crosshair doesn't work you might not have a functional VMT file for the VTF or there is an error in the text file of the spy revolver

the only one that still works is this for smaller explosions. helps a tiny bit for visibility when there's a lot of spam. Also has a minimal impact on performance if there's a lot of simultaneous explosions afaik but I don't remember if someone ever benchmarked that.
You can do some more stuff with it like replacing or removing hitscan tracers. Pretty sure somewhere in the thread someone made a download for that or at least explains what to replace in the txt files

Exam went well.
Going to be making a fun oneshot DnD campaign which I'll DM within a week and a half. It'll be my first time DMing in DnD and i'm excited.
Staying up late and scrimming with my awesome teammates tomorrow to celebrate freedom now that exams are over.
Also going to be playing the new Path of Exile league which is looking really good :)

I'm going to a festival with irl friends during the summer which I haven't done in a long time
I'm going to plan going to the UK in September because I can't go to i63 but I'm still going to visit my friends as soon as I can because I love them
I'm saving money to visit the US next year and meet friends I've known for almost 5 years
Earning some money with a student job. Moderately hard work but the colleagues are nice and the job is rewarding
