played a couple hundred hours of pyro on CTF_Turbine and had enough of the game. Saw the Yogscast TF2 Charity Mixup with STAR_ and realized there were other maps and the other classes looked fun. Ended up forcing my IRL friends to join my UGC Iron team and play with me a year later and now one of my housemates is some greasy dude I met playing TF2 in like 2013.
i think going off gut instinct for a lot of this shit is part of what makes tf2 so much better than its peers. tons of crucial information is not really just given to you 24/7. better players will have better gut instinct when it comes to uber ad/disad, enemy health, how many stickies your demo has loaded, etc. all part of the charm and skill ceiling.
smziThank you i can finally finish my season 12 fragvideo
unironically hyped for it bro
i used 'F' as crouch for my first 1200 hours.
make him watch medic and soldier ultiduo povs. he should also play soldier sometimes so he knows both of the roles and what they can be expected to do. he might want a config and a hud eventually. also is does your friend happen to come from any other fps? csgo maybe?
'ate gully. love badlands. love koth.
badlands goes way harder than gully yall trippin
MofuMongPost specs. Good pc doesn't mean anything. If you fall under 110 fps in 6s your config is too high or you have mediocre specs.ryzen 5 3600x overclocked and a 3070, also 16gigs of ram DDR4
completely anecdotal, but i have noticed intel cpus always get better performance than the amd equivalents for some strange reason. Also noticed that TF2 is almost entirely dependent on core speed instead of how many cores??? Might be me seeing patterns that dont exist, but I have tried several configs on tons of different computers with different graphics cards/ram and the processor seems to be the main thing that effects performance.
glasstime value of money they owe you a lil bonus too
they should adjust for inflation by now
why is there a new 'i was banned from rgl' thread every week but i never see any ETF2L ban threads... curious...
pretend its the check engine light on a toyota corolla. you will suffer more trying to fix that error code than you will learning to ignore it.
would give a slight advantage to anyone with a good enough pc to maintain consistent fps during midfights with higher than 90 fov. would also make checking for stickies a little easier i think. idk probably a negligible effect overall.
i like his mouse reviews
