SoalaWhile I do think this community could lighten up a bit with the toxic behavior just outwardly towards everything not in their personal circlejerk, certain players who time and time again go against people's trust dont deserve a place in the community.
If you go so far to seek attention and validation by cheating not once but twice, then I dont see a point in welcoming them back.
That said, I do think people can grow and we should foster that with the ability to accept people back who may have been unsavory in the past. At it's baseline its all about trust and the ability of the person to build their reputation, I don't think it's unfair to be cautious about individuals who have ruined their reputation by doing whatever.
i wish we had good enough anti-cheat that we didnt have to worry about who cheated in the past etc. i do not support the use of hacks or understand the reason behind trying to use them in a competitive setting, but the thought of potentially good players getting perma banned due to hacking previously bothers me. do any competitive games have good anti-cheat these days?
