Does tf2 run better/worse on Windows 10?

mlnsMy experience has been pretty much the same, but I've heard of stuttering issues in tf2 with windows 10, and advice would be to do a clean install rather than upgrading from your current OS.
Ohhh. I will try this been having the microstutters and wondering why they were happening.

Vand-bird noises- is set to play IM again next season with the same core of five to hopefully fix issues that arose this past season.
I'm also pretty sure that yeeegz isn't actively building a team anymore and possibly not playing at all as well. Unsure what's happening with ictus, but he should be using the Not Fast Food roster since he's in possession of it now and played on it last season (unsure how that works since they won IM last season and there should be three spots that need to be filled in invite AFAIK; probably means ictus is making an invite team). Regardless, there should be enough IM teams next season.
With 5 returning Invite teams, 4 out of Pizzagon / Mad Luxurious / bird noises / Ed Head / icTus team are needed to ensure 9 teams.
Yeah I don't think the Yeeegz team is happening, and neither is the Disposable Heroes reform.
