I backed up for them this season it's been a long way for this group. Between starting out 2-5, never having the same pocket for like over a week, roster switchups, and client problems (leading to using 300 ping backups who will go unnamed) there has been way too much shenanigans outside of their control and they could've easily called it quits and split apart mid-season. Regardless, they hung in there and made it to 9-7 and fought valiantly for a playoff spot. With the right adjustments and playtime, this team will go far.
With Radium on Medic, he'll have more control and command of the team with his healthy amount of experience. Verto and Crossfire are excellent Scouts who frag and capture stuff. X. always puts out some crazy numbers. Look out for Miwo's transition to roamer, should be interesting at the very least. They're all pleasant to talk to in Mumble even for being a little on the quieter side.

LunacideI think this is a really bad idea. It would be like TF2lobby except even more players who don't know what their doing. TF2lobby isn't very conducive to learning because people aren't willing to help the new players out. I know there are exceptions to this, but most people don't.
Or, you could view this as a expansion to get more people interested in 6's and therefore some of them would pursue further into say Newbie Mixes, etc. and eventually into stuff like #tf2mix, UGC, or even ESEA.
