learn how to make a good omelette. Theyre easy as fuck to make, eggs arent very calorie heavy and adding spinach and mushrooms makes them fucking good.

yeah thats the thing. most orgs are a labor of love, and everyone just sort of accepts that it is a gamble and theres a decent chance they wont really be making a profit for a while(if at all). You COULD play it safe in a game like tf2, actually. Sponsor a team for 240 bucks, if theyre a playoff caliber team, you take a cut from prize pools that is more than what you paid but thats a stupid process.
The big question in a smaller org is "how DO we make money?" they are just as curious as you are. It's not easy. Apparel sales are nice. Teams winning is the goal. But at the end of the day its more likely not going to happen. You kind of just hope that one of your teams makes it big and either they start winning or you get cut a fat check from a bigger org that wants them more than you do.
