#569 Donald Trump in World Events
HedoKingogluTERRYCREWSHedoKingogluhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5IuJGHuIkzY

I think the fact that there's so much open corruption against him should tell you who to vote.

Not a fan of either candidate but what about the massive amount of sex assault accusations against him? Does that not factor into your opinions at all?

I can rally 10 of my friends and throw an accusation that you groped me. It doesn't make it 100 percent true.

When the media(dems) do not like someone, they prepare to sling shit at that person repeadetly. That is what happened to Rudy Guiliani, its what happened to Julian Assange and its what happened to Bernie (in his case, the media gave him the Ron Paul treatment of "you can't win the primary) and its what's happening to Trump now which btw if you check wikileaks you will see that Hillary rigged the primaries with Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who is now on board of directors of the Clinton campaign or smth right after she resigned.
Small note: Tim Kaine was promised a VP spot on july 2015. He also was the old DNC chairman b4 DWS took over. But its probably a coincidence right guise :^)

Also the first allegation and many other allegations have been debunked. There are emails where the accusers are connected to the Clinton Campaign. If you don't like, there are some people who say that "they got raped by Trump a long time ago" were praising Trump in their private emails. I wouldn't praise my rapist now would I?

Also its pretty funny that all of these people jumped in and started to accuse Trump when there's 1 month left for the election.
"Hey I got groped 20 years ago! But I'll wait till the time is somehow right"
Also check wikileaks and you will see that this attack was orchestrated 3-4 months ago by the media and Clinton Campaign. I can just dump all the links if you people are too lazy to do your own research.

I don't doubt that the timing of the accusations was influenced by the Clinton campaign. I'm also not surprised that there have been links between the accusers and the campaign, you know, since they're the party that supports more progressive women's/LGBTQ rights and all. A quick statistic: about 2/3 of all sexual assaults are never reported to the police. When you factor in the fact that Trump threatens to sue everything under the sun that makes him look bad, it'd be dumb not to reach out to the Clinton campaign for some sort of protection. That's why Allred is baiting him with the Zervos accusation.

Are there liars among the accusers? I wouldn't be surprised if there were. Then again, the accused is someone who denies what he's said on tape and has a history of bragging about sexual assault, so I'd be much more surprised if he's clean. When you get a guy who's turned modern american politics into a shit slinging contest, don't be upset if he gets some shit on himself as well

#71 Made a list of all OP weapons I can think of in TF2 General Discussion

@Kav
It's incredibly hard to balance weapons across all game formats just given the inherent differences. It's like how Scout is decent in pubs, good in HL, and amazing in 6s. I just did a mental rating of razorback in all 3 formats on a 1-10 scale. It's subjective I know, but if you asked most platinum HL players to do the same you'll probably get the highest numbers on razorback out of any secondary. The only other two I could guess are close would be DDS and cozy camper.

naightmehrsince I run the ambassador and dead ringer 24/7

Mate lol
I don't want to be mean about it but this tells me more about your spy play than actually looking up any of your competitive history

KavTERRYCREWSKavrazorback is only really op in highlander because the ruleset makes sniper crazy strong and spys already weak as balls. a spy buff in general is probably more warranted since he was intended originally as a check to heavy/engie/sniper but hes so garbage that hes only an option once in a blue moon.

but HL is a bad reference for balance for both pubs and comp because the lack of class switching means that a ton of items, particularly for heavy, engie, and scout, are totally fine because they make up for being forced to run the class in places where theyre suboptimal.

also on crossbow, it adds a ton of depth and skill to medic. and the passive reload and uber building is great. if it were to get any nerf itd have to be a survivability thing (like it already is because you lose needles but i mean moreso), like not getting the bonus passive heals when your target is damaged, or lower passive heals in general or something.

The only viable secondary for sniper in pubs other than razorback is probably the cozy camper, since the passive regen and no flinch is amazing. Even then, the other team could have 3 spies, and you get fucked without razorback even faster. With RB you can at least play around one of the 4 sentries on your team to survive the spy. But if you really want to discuss OP weapons in terms of pubs, idk man, heavy, kritz, and stickies are pretty op since the majority of players are less than ideal.
i would easily say that dds and jarate can do more in pubs as well, and the latter in 6s now that its legal. even if you say RB beats jarate/cozy its certainly not by an exception margin. the only options that really stand out as weak are the two SMGs.

like im not arguing that its well designed or anything cuz its a passive that encourages tunnel visioning. but its more stupid than gamebreaking in any way. id much rather see spy get buffed in general, and if he were id imagine a nerf would be much less necessary.

I made my judgment regarding pubs under the assumption that you're better than the vast majority of players there (and since you play competitively, that's not really an argument) This usually means that 1. Other players can't outsnipe you, making DDS mostly irrelevant, and 2. you get kills more easily than other players do, jarate notwithstanding. Helping your team by making enemies take minicrits doesn't matter when they could hardly get kills anyways. Plus sentries.

In 6s, Jarate is decent, but not amazing since teams aren't grouped up for maximum effectiveness. Other than viaduct, I don't see it being too effective because other than hail mary's you're going to be too close to 4 very mobile enemies that'll kill you as fast as you kill them with minicrits, and your damage is inconsistent anyways.

Regarding vs. cozy/jarate, there's a reason the razorback was still the most equipped secondary in HL. Good spies have field days when the sniper isn't running it. Back when I subbed for Bote last season we were able to tie KND on viaduct solely because Vipa was killing Yosh running cozy camper 24/7.

Call it what you want, but a lot of people are pretty firm in stating that banning it in HL only improves the game mode and makes snipers less dominant while requiring more skill

In 6s it's not needed because spy is seen like 5% of the time, and if he targets you instead of the medic he's terrible - so you should probably be running the cozy camper. But really, running RB vs camper doesn't make too huge of a difference in 6s overall, since you're likely to switch off as soon as you get a pick, and you don't have to deal with heavy/wrangler spam, or flames.

So in pubs, HL, and 6s, 2/3 of that have razorback being top tier with only one other secondary being a close contest (not counting DDS in HL since that's incredibly broken), and in the third it doesn't matter much which you pick.

e: A better way to put all this would be: You have a passive secondary that, in any organized setting (or even pubs), removes the possibility of you dying to your hard counter, and the only other options that are viable are the passive secondaries that help you win against more skilled players (DDS), and that help you aim better.

SentinelWhy is the razorback on your list? It's in no way op. It takes up a slot just to block a single backstab from a class that can kill you in 2 shots in a second at that range anyway (Amby hs and 1 regular shot)

Edit: I guess this would explain it
http://i.imgur.com/kfNShrY.png

ok ignoring the rest of this thread I think the vast, vast majority of top NAHL players will tell you that a major factor in why HL is so slow is because of razorback. Top snipers in NA play with their combo around them, getting buffed up the ass, so the Amby 2 shot hardly ever works. So now you have a class that can't be easily killed by any other class other than sniper, which means if most other factors are equal, and you have a better sniper than theirs, it's almost impossible for the better sniper to die. There's a whole bunch of other things to be considered, but it basically boils down to a passive unlock for the strongest class in the game hard countering what should be his hard counter, all while losing not too much (jarate is great, but more instakills and sightline zoning is better). I haven't been following tf2 much in the past few months, but from what I can tell the razorback ban has done more good than bad

#61 awful clothing choices in Off Topic

There's this dude at my school (Rutgers) that only ever wears a brown wide brim hat, black trench coat, tan cargo pants, black sneakers, and a carabiner with like 6 keys on his belt loop in any weather. I saw him over the summer in 95 degree weather, and he was wearing the same thing, but with sandals. He's been in at least one of my classes every year, without fail, for the last 4 years. I'm pretty sure all current CS/Math students know about him

https://scontent.fewr1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t35.0-12/14233882_10208983092587598_108617847_o.jpg?oh=3ec28fbe77e1a4cd5402c3a84cf44cc1&oe=57F2988B

Here he is with a smaller wide brim hat, same style, this semester. People can actually sit next to him now because the old one took up too much head space and one of our professors in a full class last year asked him to not wear that one.

#19 High school tips in Off Topic
KevinIsPwn- don't take test-prep classes (ACT prep, SAT prep, whatever). these classes will condition you to doze off/ shut down during the real deal. those classes are hell. it's the intellectual equivalent of the word "damp". just take the tests at least once a year (starting in like 7/8th grade, or now if you are past that). that's what i did, and i ended up with a 32 on the ACT (despite not being particularly good at school). being able to put what you learn throughout your middle/high school career into the perspective of the big tests is a seriously beneficial skill. if you're going to pretty much any state school, this is the number that makes or breaks your academic scholarship offers.

Results vary significantly for this one. I won't weigh in on ACT prep classes, but for SAT at least I found the experience of a prep course instrumental in my success on the test. The SAT is still a test where knowing 'how' to take it is winning more than half the battle. The content it covers is definitely not hard if you're a decent student, so much of the difficulty lies in proper management of time and weighing the points of questions. Taking one summer of SAT prep class helped me raise my score from ~2100 averages to a 2380 (800CR/800M/780WR) on the test in October. Seriously, if you don't know the SAT well, how to manage time, the guidelines for how to tackle each section, and you want to do well on it, taking a good prep class is something I recommend strongly to anyone who asks me for advice about it.

Also, if you're willing to do extra work, sometimes schools offer AP tests for students even if they don't have that specific class. I remember some friends taking the AP chinese test at my school senior year, and no school within like 30 miles taught AP Chinese.
