Roaring success so far, except that I can't hit shit with my shotgun. It looks like I'm using the mouse with my face when I try.
How would I go about having a difference sens for shotgun, if you'd be so kind?

Not confined to pubs, but all this 'x is aids, y is aids'.
People sound like morons when they talk like that.
My cousin teaches English at a university in Beijing.
Good money but he hates it. Too many people. I'll ask him for some tips. I also have a friend who lives in Tianjin, and he loves it. So I may as well ask him too :D
Seeing improvement already on soldier.
Thanks for your help guys, much appreciated :)
Aye.
As non-insightful as it is to hear, I think it really is true that you just have to play with what feels comfortable for you, even if it involves multiple sensitivities.
Anyway, if it's good enough for some of the best players, it's good enough for me.
Cheers team, will look into all of the above.
Appreciate it.
I know some people say different sens is daft because of its effect on muscle memory, but my 15 inch scout sens is just too slow for when I play soldier and probably demo too. I think mean soldier sens is about 9 inches, and I can see why. I'd probably have about 10 or 11 on soldier. I changed it today and instantly began hitting a lot more/ a lot more easily.
Alright chaps, apologies in advance because this has no doubt been asked before, but how exactly do I go about creating different sens for different classes please? Specifics, if you will.
Ideally without fucking up my game (i have a history of doing this when messing with files)
Can go no lower than 15 in on scout but that's too low for my soldier rocket jumping, and changing dpi on my mouse all the time is a ballache.
Funny thing is, a lot of the weapons like BB are rarely used in pubs.
When they are, it's usually just to fuck around.
I think because Valve have these questionable weapons in casual mode, even if they did want to ban them in the competitive mode, they'd feel like they couldn't just say ' here's competitive mode but you can't use these weapons we give you in other modes. '
The only thing that pisses me off is when people say 'ez' after a game, not just in pubs of course.
As an honourable English fellow, imo people should be gracious in victory.
Amusingly, it's very rarely being said by the players mainly responsible for the result.
TwiggyremedyTwiggyHello, what for?excellent analytical skills i hope to see you at the top of invite within the next few seasons, surprised the thread even kept going after your post
I'll tell you how clockwork plays : first he gets a buff, then he runs at someone at a random timing, then he hits everything and kills this guy. He then proceeds of hitting even more shots on anyone trying to stop him. When he dies he may opt to go sniper if he's bored, or pyro if he holds last.
Knowing what he does does not help you to do it, since no player has/had his aim ;)
Why watch his demo if, after half his plays you are like 'well this shouldn't have worked'? Why not watch someone that plays in a way you can reliably reproduce?
Do you watch strenx to know how to play quake or rapha if you can choose?
Clockwork has said himself before that he used to watch demos of how other scouts aimed and then incorporated that into how he played.
So it seems like even the OP's aiming can benefit from studying CW's/
Probably got RSI but fuck my arm, well up for it.
English.
TobI rarely kill people after we win a round. Feels unfair to kill someone that can't fight back. I usually just ignore them but sometimes I stare them down as they run away. That'll show them.
I'm obsessed with making/editing VTF crosshairs. I sometimes just edit opencrosses to make multiple versions with varying gap sizes until I find the perfect one for me. And 2 days later I don't like that one anymore so I start the entire thing over
I don't have taunt bound so whenever someone wants to highfive in pubs I taunt by manually typing in the console command
I jump on their heads and taunt, just to assert my superiority.
I wonder who has the worst setup.
I play with my mouse and keyboard on a 1/2 metre x 1/2 metre chest of drawers, and I sit on a wooden kitchen chair about 2 metres back from my tv.
Not arsed about the specifics of the argument, but I think Thalash demonstrated that he can perform at LAN.
Had he been shit all tournament but been carried to a tournament win, it would mean shit, imo.
