avaiihnAdebisiYeah hilarious...We aren't mad at you, it's just that this forum is generally more competitively oriented so pub stuff is sometimes looked down upon. I suggest r/tf2 for this sort of thing
I'm not a particularly good player yet and so players like this guy and his famed '47-0 duel record' can still give me problems.
Never mind.
Sure. I'm of low level comp ability and have played comp, but I came across the issue today thought I'd ask on a forum I actually go on. It's not like I asked in the main section. This guy was clearly a comp player anyway as a few of his team had the same team name as him.
Yeah hilarious...

A really good demoknight, that is.
Just came up against a guy whose entire steam page was devoted to showing off his demoknight skill and he had 4000 hours of game time (I have 650). I got him a fair few times as scout, but half the time he'd see me and just charge straight in for the crit kill.
Any advice on dealing with this? I know it's irregular, but just so I can turn the tide next time, no pun intended. It's just the charge that I cannot handle.
In fact, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R1JBQMXbN2k
Ultimately do what you wana do.
Never give up.
Nobody ever got anywhere by giving up. Boom, pearl of wisdom.
Use it as motivation.
What's your strategy with the English chicks?
Worried about sens for a while and whether mine was high enough to be able to react quickly.
Now I play (mainly scout) on 15.6 ins or 39 cms, though until a few days ago I was still making micro adjustments. Higher sens just feel to chaotic for me and make me flick badly. Most scouts play on less, but way way better scouts have played on lower, so it's not an issue.
People are right though, it's best to just pick what feels good for you. I think my aim just sucks, rather than my sens being crap.
It's something I guess. Good stuff.
Thing is, it really is in their interest. Any growth in any aspects of TF2 benefits them surely.
Hell, they could even do stuff like bring out shitty i58 hats or something and some scrubs would buy it.
I think i'd do unspeakable things to actually have Valve employees in a room answering questions asked by the community; primarily stuff like 'why haven't you done this?' and 'why will you not even respond to the i58 request?', or even for them to just explain their working situation and why they do stuff.
1)Proper hit reg.
2) Make airblast act like a wall, so it doesn't pop people up in the air, it just stops them from advancing further. This is good for uber denial (especially if it's paired with a slight damage reduced vulnerability for the pyro), but prevents the utterly stupid airblast and easy crit combo.
3) other shit
Dat voice.
