But don't some top players like Stark use different sens for different classes?
Surely it's just a case of getting use to it, same as it would be if i had one sens?

SkyH4ighnot everyone uses different sens for different classes. even if they do, that doesn't mean you should. you need to find a sens that you're comfortable with, and one that you can flick and track.in my opinion, i feel like using different sens for different classes, would fuck you up with muscle memory.
(and yet im the guy with 4.5/360 lmfao.)
Man I just cannot use a low sens for soldier and I simply can't use a high sens for scout.
There's no way I can combine both classes. The way I aim with each is so different. And tbh, since I made it so I have different sens for different classes, I'm loving it. It's just that on scout every now and then my sens randomly feels way too fast or sluggish, but it's not after I have played another class or anything. I'll spend 3 weeks on a scout sens and start getting decent, and then one day it will just feel like shit.
Fuck. I can't imagine playing scout and solly on the same sens.
A lot of good players use different sens for classes right? And often I haven't played another class in between it going from good to right down the shitter.
I'm not sure it's that/
Does anybody else turn on TF2 one day and their sens feels totally alien to them? Like you've not spent tens/hundreds of hours getting used to it.
Every now and then I play, and whatever sens I am on feels way too quick or way too sluggish to the extent that I can't hit a thing (at all), even in pubs. Often it happens when the day before I felt like i was making progress or at least being really accurate.
Do you reckon it's something to do with me having different sens for different classes? It only happens to me on scout, but it's so noticeable and it's crippling. I'm constantly switching sens because of it, every week or few weeks or so.
I'm sick of switching my scout sens between 15 and 18 inches and everything in between due to it suddenly feeling like I am playing with Michael J Fox's hand. I'm not just talking about having a bad day, I mean it feels totally alien and uncomfortable to me.
What's the CS:GO crosshair system?
I assume it's related to what I am about to say, but I am baffled that after all this time you still can't have different crosshairs for different weapons and classes via an easy option in the in-game menu.It can't be difficult to implement.
Same with sens per class I guess.
Scout 18.2 inches
Soldier 5.8 inches
Demo err about 7.3 i think
Sniper 15.2 inches
Penis: open to speculation.
oh and im shit, so take no notice of this if you're picking sens.
My HL team folded.
Still looking for a 6s team after being unable to join one after temporary commitments. Haven't even tried out.
Had quite a few kicked recently.
Then again, scrab got kicked for hacking in a game I was in recently :D
Pubs? Because people move so randomly and there are different classes to shoot
Then again, such a low pressure environment may not help with practice for more high pressure shots and where you have to quickly peek.
I don't know, but I personally have no issue with certain classes being used only in certain situations.
wickedplayer494AdebisiSomebody post the survey contents when it hits pls. It's a one-question survey that asks you how your match was.
Ah, fuck sake.
Somebody post the survey contents when it hits pls.
To be honest, this sounds pretty good to me, as unspecific as it is.
Maybe I am just desperate for anything, but fair play.
edit: obvs
MR_SLINAdebisiA real shame that the communication wasn't to last.In Valve's defense, two of the players that they talked to quit the game for Overwatch. Extine and Mana are still a part of the community but B4nny is by far the most active one of the three and is the only one currently playing in Invite. They actively included B4nny in discussions regarding the development of the matchmaking system, and they're still talking to him while adding a few more people to the list. So the conversation is still going, but not with the original group that visited Valve.
I suppose they have, but it would be way better to be more inclusive and for them to make some effort to discuss things with the comp community as a whole. I think that would even placate a number of the disgruntled.
Whilst pretty unrealistic, forum posts from Valve (of course not along the lines of 'neato') would be tricky and open them up to a lot of shit, but if they were clear that their posting would continue on the condition that discourse remain civil and with the goal of being productive, it could be fruitful. Obviously this in theory, because none of us expect it after all this time.
IDK, it just seems like they need to be drawn out of their shell, and into engaging with the comp community as a whole if anything is ever to improve. I can't see much progress otherwise.
