I would talk to Monochromatic Bunny. I'm pretty sure he has certain skins enabled that make everyone on one team wear pretty much black and on the other team they'd be gray. The problem is this doesn't work on sv_pure servers so you can't enable it in comp :| But for your basic pubbing I'm sure it helps a lot. I wish I could get the skin for you but I'll just msg Mono to add you. I'm sure he can help.

Easily an IM scout. with some practice could be IM+. Invite personality, A+ stream, and enough binds for 2 keyboards. Deserves a good team imo.
