Have you tried removing the FPS cap? If I remember correctly, Chris' maxframes has a warning against enabling the FPS cap.

And to everyone else, my apologies for not releasing an update to the hud for some time, but I'm currently on break and all I have with me is an old laptop that doesn't have the new hud files that i have made significant progress on. Many of the annoying bugs will be fixed once I finalize those other files after break.

mlast time i checked none of these unlocks can twoshot a scout after missing 4 rockets
therefore none of these are overpowered
But they can successfully aid in pushing last or defending with ease.
Firepower is traded off for utility.
