ETF2L admins are ignoring Muuki's thread where he's asking why the grand final wasn't on the 20th of November.

Also when I pointed out this thread on the match page of the grand final, my comment got deleted twice, but they are too afraid to delete damneasy's comment.

we asked before the 20th why the LBF was scheduled after the final shouldve been played. the admins said the LBF teams were happy to delay the final without consulting us

SideshowThalashFriendly reminder that some of the organisers of this event have since bailed on TF2 and now have no reason to chase any of this up.
There was only one admin for this event and I have been chasing Plantronics since the tournament ended, emailing them repeatedly and ringing the contact. As I've said multiple times I don't know why they'd disappear into the night as a large company with a reputation, but I do not physically have the money and cannot force them to pay. I don't appreciate you making it seem like I've simply not bothered to contact Plantronics or worse taken the money. The Sweetstakes money is still with geel, I never asked him to pay it out individually because we were waiting for the full amount that we could pay out to teams, and I hadn't given up getting it from Plantronics.

why did you always treat it like such a meme whenever we asked you

no one will ever try to legitimize tf2 as a competitive game if tournament sponsors can't even pay up

marketplace.tf has never had an issue with paying up with tournaments in the past and Plantronics is a company with a reputation to maintain (a company so large that $1000 is paltry to them)

you guys are overestimating how much a coach can help a team. froyo, for example, would not improve with a coach. its far more beneficial to have players who can take charge rather than someone who isnt in the game. kaidus almost never spoke during a fight as he couldnt get a word in. it was only during downtime (during stalemates, rollouts, freeze time etc.) that he spoke up and told us what to do.

camperya i agree honestly you could get 6 dm lords and a coach who keeps track of ubers, players, and calls pushes and you've got yourself a good team

thats definitely not true. there's only so much a coach can see and its not possible to micromanage a bunch of idiots
