#4560 HUD editing: short questions, quick answers in Customization
Noosahow do i use a damage number from dif hud to the one im using?

If the desired font is not already installed in the hud you're using, then you'll have to install it to the hud and define it in the clientscheme. Pick the size of your liking, name the font corresponding to the size, and change the font name in huddamageaccount.res

Even with a low resolution, it's very hard to get a stable framerate with that processor. Trying to get through a whole season with it was like hell. I wouldn't even bother upgrading that system, I'd suggest getting a whole new one all together.

#6 Looking to buy a new pc. in Hardware
SearchlightGot my license off https://www.reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap/ without any issues, in case you don't trust Kinguin-esque platforms (looks cheaper though).

Also visit the PC Build Thread, but you might wanna prepare to get smugged at for having no idea what price range you're looking at.

The physical building process is easy and there are a million guides/videos out there to help you.

What do you mean by wanting to future proof, if you say you mainly play Valve games? If you want to play resource-hungry games and build a PC to run them, you should be honest with yourself, otherwise you're going to be disappointed with either the price or the performance of your finished build.

Comparing what I have now to what I will end up with, there's no point in being disappointed. I mainly play Valve games at the moment, but I plan to have this build for many years to come. I may invest in more games because of the new build. With the lack of consistent frames and compatibility, there's not much of a point in playing those sort of games if it would not be an enjoyable experience.
