Let's say that I bought packet of small chocolates and I have a group of friends around me. I really want to share my chocolates with my friends, but there aren't enough chocolates in the packet to give one to each person present, myself included. In this situation I could either:

A) Start handing out chocolates to friends one by one, knowing fully that I will eventually run out of chocolates, and some of my friends will be left disappointed or jealous because others got a chocolate and they didn't
B) Don't share my chocolates in order to avoid disappointing everybody, but miss out on the joy of sharing my chocolates

Which of these two is the right decision to make and why? If none of these two are the right decision, what is, and why?

Playing gay in tf2 is like punching the nuts in a fight.

If you're in a serious fight where you need to defend yourself at all costs, then you will do what it takes to win the fight, so you wouldn't shy away from punching your opponents' nuts to secure the victory.
Likewise, if you're in the middle of a really important TF2 official, you wouldn't shy away from things such as shotgun denying and effective counterjumping, since you acknowledge what's at stake and will do what it takes to secure a victory.

However

If you're simply fighting for practice or fun, like, for example, in a martial arts class, you wouldn't dare punch your opponents' nuts out of mere respect towards your opponent. Both of you would rather fight things out fairly than use foul play just for the sake of winning in such a situation

Therefore

You shouldn't play gay in mge for the mere fact that both players should be playing to practice, not to win. If you play gay in mge, you're like the dude that goes to Karate class and just punches everybody's nuts to win. Okay, you've won, but what did you gain from winning like that?
