So, I have a custom hitsound, I wanted to change

and, after putting it into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\MY_CUSTOM_STUFF\sound\ui

It just doesnt make a noise at all! then after a while, restarted again and again, then the audio probably broke, when i shoot something it's like glitching everywhere, sounds like absolute earape.
I also have no idea how to fix this, all I'm asking for is the hitsound to work normally and my tf2 sound to work normally as well.
I have play a sound when damage is done ticked,
tf_dingalingaling "1"
tf_dingaling_pitchmaxdmg ""
tf_dingaling_pitchmindmg ""
tf_dingaling_volume "0.75"
tf_dingaling_wav_override "hitsound.wav"
play hitsound.wav

and it just makes retarded noises let alone the hitsound not even playing.

I don't even have a hud anymore for some reason also, i use rayshud, the crosshair works but i dont have a hud at all

It happened to me just today, I tried reinstalling tf2, but it got fucked up even more, there is now no crosshair. I can't config my hud, my crosshair, every setting is just the same. Help?
