Thursday and Friday are winning, I think we should go with the option that nets us the most people, its a real bummer that we might not be able to get Dashner there, but if we pull it off and its mildly successful, then I'm sure the H&L guys would be more than willing to help out a second time, we could turn this into a recurring LAN and attempt to grow it each year, potentially other games or something.
Just something to think about.
Future events, the Pizzagon WILL be providing pizza's.

ZestyIs there some sort of visa exemption for athletes or people going to international competitions? It would be worth sdb talking to both Russian and UK authorities. Are there no very short term visas for those only planning to stay for a very short amount of time?
The political climate in the UK given recent news right now means that it might be harder for Russian nationals to get visas (Idk if this is actually the case but it's something in the public mind right now).
#60, For other reasons, UK border control is probably extremely vigilant for people being smuggled into the country currently. The easiest way would probably be to have a UK national smuggle him onto a car ferry on one of the more obscure routes such as Rotterdam-Hull. Doubt you'll find anyone willing to do that though.
Smuggling a human for a TF2 LAN. I like it.
