My skill levels are in that order. I was once a low Invite medic but im incredibly out of practice so i probably sit more towards upper mid IM. My scout and soldier are around low mid IM.
My availability is extremely good. Willing to play for lower teams depending on mumble environment.
Prefer people who hang out outside of scrims.

ScreamScrewb’s omnipotent system has DESTROYED the foundation of his team.
This is an issue we are actively trying to correct. I have moved myself to flank scout and am no longer main calling in hopes that the rest of the team can stand on their own and learn. I think i'm done playing combo for a while. I have mega pocket soldier syndrome i need to correct before i try it again.

Just1sHey, building a new pc in a month or so and am looking for recommendations. Budget around 1000€ need everything except storage and case cause I will resuse those from my current pc unless theres a reason to not do that(2x 850 evo 250GB + barracuda 1TB / CM N300). PC will be used for everything and games will be the most demanding thing. Atm I mostly play Apex Legends and OW and some singleplayer games here and there.
Wait for computex if your PC is already decent.

Keep in mind i am not at all suggesting this build. You asked for the cheapest new build and i gave you the cheapest.
The minimum i would suggest spending is $400
Saving for something like this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BgKQsZ would be your best bet and would let you play things other than TF2 at good frame rates. You can get a used rx 580 8gb on ebay for the same price as the new 4gb RX 570

This is the cheapest i would suggest. You CAN go cheaper but it would be subject to SEVERELY diminishing returns.
I would suggest getting the graphics card on ebay. Polaris GPUs are being dumped extremely cheaply due to the mining bubble popping.
