It doesn't allow full time sniper. That automatically makes it better. That isn't saying much though. KOTH just inherently blows because it makes the already too powerful and stupid easy scout class even more powerful and easy.
I would be fine with KOTH if RGL implemented a plugin that removed the scout speed medic buff.
