#13 Most embarrassing thing you've done in tf2? in TF2 General Discussion

Brag about playing 3 seasons of open while arguing with someone in a Pugchamp, I was rightfully roasted by Sandblast right after I said it.
Makkabeus will never let me forget that moment.

#30 RGL unveils Traditional Sixes League details in News
plusProtonGrapeJuiceIIIAs an admin of this league I would like to say that generally speaking, I stand with the existing ESEA 6s community on most issues surrounding NA 6s as it stands right now. I would also like to say that as the season goes on you SHOULD NOT be afraid to contact me directly regarding issues you have with the league. I want to help make RGL 6s the best it possibly can and I personally would like to start by making the EXISTING 6s player base happy before expanding to newer players.

you can find me

i also agree with dippidy, a player's skill level should not be brought up when discussing their abilities as an admin. I can say confidently that yari is a very mature person and I believe he will do great as a head admin.

basically same as above, im first and foremost a 6s player and i agree with tftv on most stuff.

if any of you guys want to hit me up and ask me questions about rgl or give suggestions feel free to hit me up at

also @ scream

if any invite players want to admin u should hit up sigafoo, he'd probably appreciate the extra help and any knowledge you could bring

There’s like 5+ threads listing what the community mostly wants, also, I just wanna play in a good league, not admin it, if Sigafoo wanted a more experienced take, he could have easily sought out for it himself, not really sure if he would listen to me much anyway based on all of the bts admin stuff I’ve been hearing.

dippidyScreamI don't care what anybody says.
Putting an open player as the Head Admin ain't a good look chief.
but why tho?
I fail to see why the division that someone plays in would directly impact their ability to admin a league, skill level seems very unrelated here. this sentiment that only high level players should be in charge and making decisions for the community seems incredibly dismissive of the opinions of lower level players, or frankly anyone outside of invite.

Perhaps I should be more clear, to elaborate, I think it might have been better to put someone at head admin with a better line of experience in a larger range of skill levels as they are going to be over the entire administration team, and should be able to discern issues quickly and efficiently with an understanding of each skill level’s tendencies. While I hope for RGL that Yari will be a great admin, it seems someone more near the caliber of Jetz or Grape shoulda taken that position. Also, idk who the other 2-3 admins are but apprently they have very little 6’s experience. A very one-sided staff tbh.

This is also horrible.
* I understand that for future seasons, RGL will only bring in maps after we’ve held public experimental cups to give players a chance to play through them, like we do with Highlander

#134 Announcing RGL.gg Sixes - Season 1 in TF2 General Discussion

Ah yes, because prolander and no restriction sixes have had an EXTREMELY successful run in attempting to change the 6's meta, their original league goal.

Show Content
The main reason (among possible gameplay issues) why people are upset with how RGL is approaching this new 6's league v.s. their other leagues, is that Sigafoo is deliberately trying to kill TFTV production and community motivation in favor for their own website and monopolized format. Think about it, since when has competitive 6's (at least in NA) not had a home on TFTV? All the discussions, including ESEA discussions have run through here, why should we change that now? In order for people to be more accepting of this league, Sigafoo MUST work with TFTV, because nobody wants to watch a bunch of highlander players cast invite 6's matches.

People insist on other "new" leagues, but what other league is going to be able to step up the funding of Sigafoo? Sidular? ESL? I don't think so.

TLDR; For the sake of competitive TF2's future and success, Sigafoo has to be willing to cooperate with TFTV and have a looser hand on major gameplay changes (map pool, match time, etc.), at LEAST for the first 2 seasons.
