Logitech G400 is no longer in production nor being replaced. And usually you just need to show proof of purchase aka a receipt.
They replaced mine last week with a G400s.
All i had to provide was some of the information on the underside of the mouse whose acronyms i can't remember right now

About to get my g400 replaced after two years of use. My only complaint is that i wish it were a centimeter taller, as the shape and the height tends to leave one of my fingers dragging on the mousepad, but that's just my awkward claw grip. Haven't tried the Zowie, but i assure you the g400 is amazing and logitech will not fail to smoothly replace it when it inevitably dies.
It would be cool to add a section with some great matches for newcomers to watch
I remember what really got me into *edit: competitive* tf2 was that one LG vs Mixup match on process

i think the root of all of our problems with growing comp tf2 is that only like 3% of tf2's player base is involved in competitive at all and maybe 6% know it exists.
If we can get even like 30% of the game's players into or even aware of comp i have no doubt valve will at least acknowledge it if not back it
the problem then goes back to 'how do we effectively spread comp tf2' and the answer is still 'get it advertised by pub server operators'
the physics are much nicer
smoother everything really especially air control, has bunny hopping rather than strafe jumping, instant weapon switch etc
also the hitboxes are the same as q3a as opposed to ql's cylindrical one

harvest4kWarsow is pretty alright but I prefer quake live, and not many people play it either. But I agree, I don't like the whole "in-game browser" thing.
you can download ql prism, which acts like an executable for quake live. also steam overlay works with it. http://www.qlprism.us/
(but you might as well be playing cpma b/c it's like 10k times better)
