Whenever I play competitive matchmaking, I get the error "ShaderAPIDX8::CreateD3DTexture: Invalid color format!" in the console.
Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix this?

I'am pretty sure I have disabled v-sync in my video card settings. But the weird thing is that when I run TF2 in windowed mode, v-sync is disabled but not in fullscreen.

Even though v-sync is disabled, TF2 still runs with v-sync enabled and causes input lag.
Anyone know how I can possibly fix this?
