the actual competitive tf2 players is the minority. these guys actually represent the majority of tf2's general community. you'd see this dumb shit every time if not for the competitive scene.

Some time, maybe years ago, there was this pack that replaced default wood, iron and whatever textures for different ones....different colors, more high quality i guess. i looked around for it with no luck. and no this isn't the flat textures. they were actual textures. i hope someone knows the pack i'm talking about because i kinda really want to use it again.
also i'm pretty sure it was posted on "show your hud modifications" at some point, although i don't know in which page.

the answer is probably very simple, and i don't know if i'm the only one having it or not, but tonight when i started doing some demo playback with maxquality config, i noticed in death, players are exploding a bunch of mechanical parts, as opposed to normal bloody gibs. didn't happen before and tbh i don't know what i might have changed that caused this, so any help is appreciated.
TripzIt's a placebo I remember looking at other players configs and there net setting and reading about how if you change the cl_updaterate to 128. The lerp can go super low but it just shows the number you specified.
that's basically it. it doesn't show the number you put but the lerp shown in the net_graph is correlated with the updaterate value. net_graph shows lerp 0 but the lerp isn't actually 0. this game is 66tick, lowest you can possibly go with the network settings this game has is 15.2....net_graph showing lerp 0 when you up cl_updaterate to crazy values is just some bug or whatever. this guy is crazy and deluded.

I've been reviewing my demos to make a video and in those demos, some props are simply pitch black. things like the log in snakewater, rocks in a bunch of maps, etc... I would take a screenshot but i found one in google just like it
